Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

SuperUzerAI sells digital products only. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping fees, customs duties or delivery addresses involved.

2. How you receive your purchase

• Once PayPal or Razorpay confirms your payment, your product is unlocked in your SuperUzerAI account and a download link is emailed to your account email address.
• eBooks and guides are delivered as PDF files. Kits, templates and bundles are delivered as downloadable files or links, as described on each product page.
• SuperUzerAI Pro membership access is activated on your account immediately.

3. Delivery time

Delivery is usually instant and always within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Occasionally a payment provider may hold a payment for review; in that case delivery happens as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide, to every country where PayPal or Razorpay can accept your payment.

5. Didn't receive your product?

1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for our email.
2. Sign in to your account with the same email you used at checkout.
3. Still missing? Email mail.asherray@gmail.com with your order or transaction ID. We will resolve it within 24 to 48 hours.

If we are unable to deliver your product, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Re-downloads

You can re-download purchased products from your account at any time while your account is active.
