In short: we collect only what we need to run your account and deliver your purchases. We never sell your data, we never see your card details, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how VerticalVision, operating as SuperUzerAI (https://superuzerai.com), collects, uses and protects your personal information. We are the data controller for the information described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely in hashed form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
  • Purchase details: the products you buy, the price, date, and transaction IDs from PayPal or Razorpay.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected in server logs for security and fraud prevention.
  • Essential cookies and local storage: used to keep you signed in and to remember the product you were checking out. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal and Razorpay, which are PCI-DSS compliant. Your card, UPI, bank and PayPal login details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us. Their privacy policies apply to the information they collect.

3. How we use your information

  • to create and manage your account and let you sign in;
  • to process payments and deliver the products you buy;
  • to send order confirmations, download links and important service messages;
  • to provide customer support and handle refund requests;
  • to prevent fraud, piracy and abuse, and to keep the website secure;
  • to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
  • to send product updates or offers, only if you agree, with an unsubscribe link in every email.

Our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (security and improving our service), your consent (marketing emails), and legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run SuperUzerAI, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Supabase: account authentication and database hosting;
  • PayPal and Razorpay: payment processing;
  • Google: if you choose "Continue with Google";
  • Email delivery and hosting providers: to send emails and serve the website.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.

5. International transfers

We serve customers worldwide, and our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except purchase and transaction records, which we must keep for as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically up to 8 years).

7. How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, access to data is restricted to authorised personnel, and our providers use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your account and personal information;
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent or object to certain processing, such as marketing;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

These include rights under the EU and UK GDPR, US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and other applicable data protection laws. 9. Children

SuperUzerAI is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on the website.
