Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete. If you are charged twice or don't receive your product, we will fix it or refund you.

1. No refunds on digital products

Everything we sell, including eBooks, guides, AI video kits, templates, bundles and the SuperUzerAI Pro membership, is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Once delivered, a digital product cannot be "returned". For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit, including for change of mind, buying the wrong product, or not using the product.

2. Please check before you buy

Every product page shows a description, table of contents and sample pages so you know exactly what you are getting. If you have any question about whether a product is right for you, email us at mail.asherray@gmail.com before purchasing and we will gladly help.

3. When we will refund you

We will issue a full refund only in these situations:

  • Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order. We refund the extra charge.
  • Product not delivered: your payment succeeded but you did not receive access, and we are unable to deliver it within 72 hours of you contacting us.
  • Defective file: the file is corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours of you contacting us.

4. Cancellations

Orders are delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled once payment is successful. If a payment fails or stays pending, no order is created. Any amount debited for a failed payment is automatically reversed by your bank or the payment provider, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

5. How to request a refund

Email mail.asherray@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

  1. the email address on your SuperUzerAI account;
  2. your order ID or PayPal / Razorpay transaction ID;
  3. a short description of the problem (and a screenshot, if possible).

We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method only. Razorpay refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 business days; PayPal refunds are usually immediate to your PayPal balance, or 5 to 10 business days to a card. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer. Access to the refunded product is removed.

7. Customers in the EU and UK

By completing a purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery or download has begun.

8. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, PayPal or Razorpay. Most issues are resolved quickly. See section 12 of our Terms & Conditions for how we handle chargebacks.

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
