In short: you buy a personal licence to use our digital products, they are delivered instantly, and because of that all sales are final. Please don't share or resell products unless they explicitly come with resell rights.

1. About us

https://superuzerai.com ("SuperUzerAI", "we", "us", "our") is operated by VerticalVision. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our website and your purchase and use of our digital products. By creating an account, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Our products

We sell digital products only, including eBooks and guides (PDF), AI video creator kits, templates, Notion systems, marketing playbooks, resell-rights bundles, and the SuperUzerAI Pro membership. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, sample pages and tables of contents are provided so you can judge a product before buying. We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions accurate, but minor differences in layout, page count or cover artwork may occur.

Some content is reviewed and refreshed with the help of AI tools. Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not guarantee any particular result, such as passing an exam, getting a job, or earning income.

4. Licence to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use it for your own learning or business use. Unless a product's description or included licence explicitly grants resell or private label rights, you may not:

  • share, upload, resell, sublicense, or distribute the product or your download links;
  • remove copyright notices or claim the content as your own;
  • share your account with others.

Resell-rights products may be resold only under the terms of the licence included with that product.

5. Your account

You can sign up with email or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and tell us immediately at mail.asherray@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. At checkout, Razorpay may charge the equivalent amount in your local currency at the current exchange rate; PayPal charges in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and PayPal. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
  • A purchase is complete once the payment provider confirms the payment. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud.
  • We may change prices or run promotions at any time. Price changes never affect orders that have already been paid for.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the limited cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (such as duplicate charges or a product we are unable to deliver).

9. SuperUzerAI Pro membership

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as SuperUzerAI operates and offers the Pro membership. It includes the products listed in the Pro catalogue at the time of access, plus new products we choose to add. We may add, update, or retire individual products over time. Pro access is personal and may not be shared.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including text, graphics, logos, covers and code samples, is owned by SuperUzerAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks mentioned in our products belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
  • scrape, copy or mirror the website or products by automated means;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the website.

12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within within 24 to 48 hours. If you file a chargeback or dispute for a product that was delivered as described, we may provide evidence of delivery to the payment provider and suspend access to the disputed product and your account.

13. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as PayPal, Razorpay, Google and Supabase to provide payments, sign-in and hosting. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our products.

14. Disclaimer

The website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Technology changes quickly, and we do not guarantee that every instruction or code sample will work in every environment.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperUzerAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SuperUzerAI harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, for example by sharing or pirating products. You may stop using the website and ask us to delete your account at any time.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where VerticalVision is registered. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

20. Contact and complaints

For questions or complaints about these Terms, email us. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
